fix(tooltip): stop deleting cached album art bitmap CPTL_GetAlbumArtBitmap() returns a handle to a cached bitmap owned by the album art cache. The tooltip was incorrectly calling DeleteObject() on this handle in Hide(), UpdateContent(), and Cleanup(), which invalidated the cached bitmap.
